"Ernie at steam pro is a magician! I thought my upholstered dining room and desk chairs were done thanks to my cats! He brought them back to life and they look amazing!!
It took a week or so and multiple treatments to eliminate the urine smell but he kept me in the loop as he worked on them!
He did a phenomenal job!
The chairs look and smell like new!!
